We are providing our second/holiday home - Indian Summer, as a short stay home from home, for you as our friend, for your stay in the Cotswolds. We are not offering a commercial holiday rental.

Indian Summer is a our home in the Cotswolds and we have some basic house rules that we would appreciate if you followed:

No smoking in the property but you can smoke on the decking.

Sorry we do not accept pets

Please see the following section for detailed Useful information about staying at Lower Mill Estate. LME ask that all guests read a code of conduct when booking and should be aware of the environment at Lower Mill.

Visitors are expected to conform to the Lower Mill Estate rules - particularly around noise. There are wardens at the estate and any contravention of certain rules will lead to the holiday being terminated early with no refund of payment.

Please note the following Lower Mill Estate rules:

No Fireworks or Lanterns
-
No single-sex booking from groups larger than 6
-
No external amplified music
-
Restricted internal amplified noise after 11pm

Friends and Family Rates
-
The following rates are our friends and family rates and just cover the cost of your stay in terms of gas, electricity, water, Artspa usage costs etc.

A £100 booking deposit is required to confirm a booking and final payment is one month before the start of your stay. A damage deposit of £100 is also requested to cover any major damage during your stay. This damage deposit will be normally returned the week after you stay as long as no issues are found.
